Official Rules — 2026

NO SEPARATE CONTEST ENTRY FEE. A VALID BLACK HAT USA CREDENTIAL AND CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING EMAILS FROM SPONSOR ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Artemis Closest to the Pin Contest (the “Contest”) is a skill-based competition. By participating, each entrant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The Contest is sponsored by Artemis Global Technologies, Inc., 109 W 27th Street, New York, New York 10001 (“Sponsor”), and administered by Dryvebox, Inc. (“Administrator”). Sponsor and Administrator may use the event organizer, venue, equipment providers, prize fulfillment vendors, and other service providers in connection with the Contest.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are lawfully permitted to access the Contest activation. Employees, officers, directors, managers, representatives, and agents of Sponsor and Administrator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible. Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Contest Period and Daily Entry Periods

The Contest will take place on August 5, 2026 and August 6, 2026 at Black Hat USA 2026, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, 3950 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119, at the Artemis activation located next to the conference center Starbucks (the “Event Location”). Each date is a separate daily contest period (each, a “Daily Entry Period”), as follows:

Entries will be accepted only during the applicable Daily Entry Period while the activation is open and operational. Administrator’s equipment, records, and clock are the official timekeeping and scoring systems. Sponsor or Administrator may delay, shorten, relocate, suspend, or cancel a Daily Entry Period because of venue requirements, safety concerns, equipment issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. The posted hours are subject to venue and event-organizer changes; the actual opening and closing times maintained by Administrator at the activation will control.

4. How to Enter

During a Daily Entry Period, an eligible person may enter by: (a) completing the Contest registration process and providing all required information; (b) accepting these Rules and any required participation waiver; (c) affirmatively consenting to receive marketing emails, promotions, and updates from Sponsor at the email address provided; and (d) taking one (1) official golf shot in the designated virtual closest-to-the-pin challenge (collectively, an “Entry”). No separate contest entry fee or payment to Sponsor or Administrator is required. A valid Black Hat USA credential is required to access the Event Location and participate.

Limit one (1) Entry and one (1) official shot per person per Daily Entry Period, for a maximum of two (2) Entries during the entire Contest. A Participant may enter on both days, subject to the one-Prize limit below, but may not use multiple names, email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, or other methods to circumvent the entry limit. Only the individual registered for an Entry may take the shot associated with that Entry. Entries may not be transferred or assigned. Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, late, or otherwise noncompliant Entries are void.

Marketing Consent Requirement. As a condition of submitting an Entry, an eligible Participant must affirmatively consent to receive commercial email communications, promotions, and updates from Sponsor at the email address provided during registration. A Participant may unsubscribe from future marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in Sponsor’s emails. Unsubscribing after a valid Entry has been submitted will not invalidate that Entry, affect the Participant’s score, or affect the Participant’s eligibility to receive a Prize. Sponsor’s marketing communications remain subject to applicable law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

5. Contest Format, Equipment, and Scoring

The Contest is a skill-based closest-to-the-pin competition conducted on a golf simulator selected by Sponsor or Administrator. The virtual course, hole, tee position, pin location, weather conditions, and other material simulator settings will be selected by Administrator and applied consistently to all Participants competing during the same Daily Entry Period. Each Entry consists of one (1) official shot from the designated tee position to the designated pin location.

• A Participant’s score is the distance from the hole of the Participant’s official shot, as measured and recorded by the simulator and Administrator. A hole-in-one is recorded as zero distance.
• Distances will be recorded using the units and precision displayed by the simulator. Administrator may convert displayed measurements into a common format for ranking purposes.
• Participants must use equipment supplied or approved by Administrator and must follow all instructions, safety requirements, venue rules, and simulator procedures.
• No practice shot, mulligan, replay, or replacement shot will be permitted after a shot has been designated official, except when Administrator determines that a simulator, launch monitor, ball, or other equipment malfunction prevented a valid measurement. Administrator’s determination regarding malfunctions and replacement shots is final.
• A shot that is not measured by the simulator, is taken before the Participant is instructed to proceed, is taken by someone other than the registered Participant, or otherwise violates these Rules may be declared invalid.
• Sponsor or Administrator may disqualify any Participant who tampers with equipment, receives unauthorized assistance, interferes with another Participant, behaves unsafely or unsportsmanlike, or otherwise attempts to obtain an unfair advantage.

Sponsor and Administrator have sole authority to interpret and apply the scoring procedures, determine whether a shot or Entry is valid, correct clerical or data-entry errors, resolve equipment or measurement issues, and determine the official standings. Video, photographs, witness recollections, or Participant-generated device readings will not supersede Administrator’s official records.

6. Daily Winner Determination and Tiebreakers

After each Daily Entry Period ends, Administrator will rank all eligible Participants who submitted valid Entries during that Daily Entry Period from the shortest recorded distance to the longest. Subject to verification, the eligible Participant with the shortest distance for that Daily Entry Period will be the potential daily winner (each, a “Daily Winner”).

If two (2) or more otherwise eligible Participants have the same shortest recorded distance for a Daily Entry Period, Administrator will conduct a random drawing among all tied leaders to determine the potential Daily Winner for that Daily Entry Period. The random drawing is used solely to resolve an exact scoring tie in this skill-based Contest and does not otherwise determine the outcome. The drawing may be conducted electronically or manually using a method selected by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding.

If a potential Daily Winner is disqualified, cannot be verified, does not timely complete the required documentation, or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may designate the Participant with the next-shortest valid score for that Daily Entry Period as an alternate potential winner. If two or more Participants are tied for the applicable alternate position, the same random-drawing tiebreaker will apply.

Limit one (1) Prize per Participant during the entire Contest. Once a Participant is designated as a potential Daily Winner, that Participant is not eligible to win another Daily Prize unless the earlier potential Prize is forfeited or the Participant is disqualified. If an otherwise highest-ranked Participant for a Daily Entry Period has already been designated or verified as a Daily Winner for another Daily Entry Period, the eligible Participant with the next-shortest valid score will be selected as the potential Daily Winner. If two (2) or more eligible Participants are tied for that next position, the random-drawing tiebreaker described above will apply.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Participants, each Participant’s skill, and, only in the event of an exact tie for the shortest score, the number of tied Participants included in the applicable random drawing.

7. Prizes

Two (2) cash prizes are available, one (1) for each Daily Entry Period (each, a “Daily Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). Each verified Daily Winner will receive Ten Thousand United States Dollars (US $10,000). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Daily Prize is $10,000, and the total ARV of all Prizes is $20,000.

Each Daily Prize will be paid by check, payable only to the verified Daily Winner, within ninety (90) days after the Daily Winner has been verified and has completed all required documentation. Each Daily Winner must provide a complete and accurate mailing address and any other information reasonably necessary to issue and deliver the check. Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, postal or carrier delays, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. A lost or undelivered check may be reissued only after Sponsor completes any reasonably required stop-payment, verification, or replacement process.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution will be permitted except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay caused by a potential winner’s failure to provide complete or accurate payment or tax information.

8. Winner Notification, Verification, and Claiming a Prize

Potential Daily Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days after the applicable Daily Entry Period ends. A potential Daily Winner must respond and return all requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days after the first notification attempt. If a potential Daily Winner cannot be contacted, does not respond or return required documentation on time, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential Daily Winner may be disqualified and the Prize may be offered to an alternate as described above.

As a condition of receiving a Daily Prize, a potential Daily Winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility, a valid mailing address, a completed IRS Form W-9, and any affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability and publicity release (where permitted), and other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor. A potential winner is not a winner unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance and confirms the person as a Daily Winner.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable Daily Winner. Each potential Daily Winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 as a condition of verification. Sponsor will report the Prize to the Internal Revenue Service and issue the Daily Winner a Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form. Sponsor may withhold amounts from a Prize if required by law, including backup withholding if the Daily Winner fails to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or required tax documentation. Each Daily Winner should consult the winner’s own tax advisor.

10. Participant Conduct; Assumption of Risk

Participants must act safely and responsibly and comply with all venue, equipment, and Administrator instructions. Golf swings and simulator participation involve inherent risks, including the risk of being struck by a club, ball, or other object, slipping, falling, muscle strain, and injury to persons or property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Participant knowingly assumes all risks arising from participation, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party.

11. Release of Liability and Publicity

By participating, each Participant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, payment, use, or misuse of a Prize, except where prohibited by law.

By accepting a Prize, each Daily Winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and Prize information for advertising, promotional, trade, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

12. Disclaimers; Limitations

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, damaged, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered registration information or communications; equipment, simulator, launch monitor, software, network, internet, electrical, or technical failures; human, printing, typographical, data-entry, or scoring errors; unauthorized intervention; or any other problem that may affect administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Contest. Sponsor and Administrator may correct an obvious error without materially altering the Contest.

The Released Parties make no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding any Prize except any express warranty provided by Sponsor in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all Prizes are provided “as is.” Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Rules does not waive that provision.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT: (A) ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST OR A PRIZE WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL, DIRECT, OUT-OF-POCKET DAMAGES; AND (B) PARTICIPANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR MULTIPLIED DAMAGES OR ATTORNEYS’ FEES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.

13. Tampering and Disqualification

Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, including by cheating, deception, fraud, tampering, unauthorized assistance, use of multiple identities, or interference with equipment or another Participant, may violate civil or criminal law. Sponsor may disqualify any responsible person and seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Privacy

Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use Participant information to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, communicate with Participants, fulfill Prizes, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain records, and send Sponsor marketing emails, promotions, and updates as described in these Rules. Consent to receive Sponsor marketing emails is required at the time of entry. A Participant may unsubscribe from future marketing communications at any time, and unsubscribing after entry will not invalidate a valid Entry or affect eligibility to win. Sponsor’s handling of personal information is subject to the Artemis Privacy Policy. Administrator’s handling of personal information is subject to the Dryvebox Privacy Policy.

15. Suspension, Modification, or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to suspend, modify, shorten, extend, relocate, or cancel the Contest or any Daily Entry Period if fraud, technical failure, equipment malfunction, venue restrictions, weather, public health conditions, force majeure, unauthorized human intervention, or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Contest. If a Daily Entry Period is terminated after valid Entries have been received, Sponsor may award the applicable Daily Prize based on the valid Entries received before termination, if Sponsor determines that doing so is fair and lawful, or may elect not to award the Prize if no fair determination is possible.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

Except to the extent preempted by federal law or governed by mandatory law that cannot be waived, these Rules and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest or any Prize will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Each Participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and waives any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum. Nothing in these Rules limits any nonwaivable rights a Participant may have under applicable law.

17. General Terms

If any provision of these Rules is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency between these Rules and any advertising, signage, registration screen, or other Contest-related material, these Rules control. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Sponsor may amend these Rules to correct errors or provide clarification, provided that no amendment will materially prejudice Participants who have already entered without appropriate notice and a lawful basis.

18. Winner List

To request the names of the verified Daily Winners, email contact@artemissecurity.com with the subject line “Artemis Closest to the Pin Contest Winner List” no later than December 31, 2026. Sponsor may identify winners by first name, last initial, city, and state, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
