Dryvebox indoor pop-up at a corporate event with branded simulator screen and event staff
Corporate Buyer's Guide

How much doesa corporate golf simulator event cost?

Corporate golf simulator activations run $1,400 for a happy hour to $25,000+ for a multi-day conference activation. The headline number is roughly $15–$25 per attendee — comparable to per-head catering, less than most photo booth or game-truck options. Here's how to budget for client appreciation, team building, trade shows, and conferences.

What you actually get at each corporate budget.

Corporate event spend on mobile golf simulator activations falls into three brackets. The differences that actually matter to a corporate buyer aren't hours — they're branding, lead capture, COI, procurement, and what your CFO sees on the invoice.

How to choose your setup

Entry

Budget inflatable

Workable for an internal team picnic or casual mixer where appearance and brand fit don't matter. Not the right call for client-facing events — the tent doesn't read as premium, and there's usually no staffing or COI.

Standard

Mid-tier pop-up

Reasonable for small internal events where one operator can run things solo. Limited branding surface, no multi-unit capacity, and procurement workflows are usually manual.

Premium

Dryvebox

Built for client appreciation events, trade shows, sales kickoffs, conferences, and brand activations. Trailer wraps and on-screen branding, trained event teams, lead capture, multi-unit deployment, $5M insurance, Net-30 — the operational layer corporate buyers need.

What shows up to your corporate event

Every booking includes $147,000+ of equipment.

When you book Dryvebox for a corporate event, this is what arrives. None of it is rented separately, upcharged, or BYO — it's all bundled into one quote, every time.

TrackMan or Foresight — same launch monitors used on the PGA TOUR. Sub-millimeter ball and club tracking is what makes the experience feel real to clients and prospects.

Equipment values reflect the build cost of a Dryvebox trailer plus retail pricing for current launch monitors and OEM clubs. Software, staffing, and insurance are included in every booking at no additional charge. Custom wraps and branding are quoted separately.

What drives corporate cost

Three things change your final corporate quote.

At the Dryvebox tier the equipment, staff, insurance, and clubs are fixed. These three dials move your final number — and they're typically what your event lead and procurement team will care about most.

Days on-site

A 2-hour happy hour starts at $700; a full-day client appreciation event starts at $2,500; a 3-day conference activation typically runs $7,500–$15,000+. Multi-day rates include staffing and lodging coordination; per-day costs come down as the engagement gets longer.

Branding scope

Default booking includes the Dryvebox unit and standard branding. Custom-wrap costs depend on design surface area and turnaround — full trailer wraps for trade shows or sponsor activations are quoted separately. On-screen branding, branded courses, and signage are typically light add-ons.

Lead capture & multi-unit

Want branded lead-capture forms, scoreboards, or CRM-integrated data on every swing? Available as a paid add-on. Large conferences typically run 2–4 units side-by-side to keep the line moving; multi-unit pricing is quoted per-event.
