1. Tell us five things
Date and location, indoor or outdoor, guest count and length, format, and any branding. That's the whole brief — we usually turn a real quote (not a 'starting at' placeholder) within one business day.

Start to finish, it's turnkey: you tell us the date, place, and guest count, and we handle everything else. We deliver a TrackMan-powered trailer or indoor pop-up, set it up, staff it with a trained host, run the experience, and break it down clean. No power to source, no COI to chase, no one to train.
Every Dryvebox booking follows the same path. A single point of contact owns the whole chain — from your first email to the moment the trailer pulls away.

A quick pre-event walk over a few venue photos: power, footprint, ceiling height, truck access, and your venue's Certificate of Insurance. We handle the COI and any permits directly with the venue.
The climate-controlled trailer arrives pre-built; the indoor pop-up goes up in under 90 minutes. Setup happens before your booked window, so none of it eats into guest time. You plug in nothing.
Every rental includes a TrackMan-trained host who manages guest flow, swaps right- and left-handed clubs, sets up contests, and keeps the leaderboard moving — so even your least-golfy guest looks like a natural.
Closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, famous courses, skills games — the full TrackMan library on a big screen, with premium clubs and tour-grade balls. One bay moves 30–60 guests per hour on rotation formats.
When the event wraps, we strike the unit, pack every club and cable, and drive away — leaving your space exactly as we found it. For multi-day events, the host resets and re-stocks each morning.
That's all it takes to start. Share a few details and we'll send back a custom, all-in quote — typically within one business day.
