3. How to Participate

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

During the Promotion Period, an eligible Entrant may visit the Dryvebox Simulator at the Travelers Championship and complete a registration form and opt-in to the applicable Entry Period. Upon the successful submission of the survey, Entrant may then participate in the Contest which takes place in a virtual golf simulator, and each Entrant will have three (3) official attempts to hit a golf ball as close as possible to the pin. The closest of the three shots measured in feet and inches (without fractions) from the pin will be recorded as the score for purposes of the determination of the Winner for the applicable Entry Period. Entrant will receive one (1) entry (an “Entry”) into the Contest for the applicable Entry Period. Each Entrant will have the same odds and distance from the pin and will start from a designated starting point for each attempt. The Entrant with the lowest score for an applicable Entry Period shall be the potential winner of the Prize for such Entry Period, subject to verification of Entrant's compliance with all other terms and conditions contained herein. In the event of a tie, where multiple Entrants have the same lowest score, an additional tie breaker (a “Tie Breaker”) will occur consisting of a random drawing among the Entrants with the lowest scores tied to determine the winner.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person, per email address throughout the entire Promotion Period. If more than one (1) entry during the Promotion Period is received from the same person, based on the telephone number and/or email address provided in the Entries, such person may, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one (1) name, telephone number, email address or multiple identities. Entries that are incomplete or contain errors, inaccuracies, or falsities, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, may be disqualified.

4. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

A total of two (2) Winners from across all Entry Periods will be awarded the following prizes: Closest to the hole a 3-piece RTZ Wedge Set, estimated value of $540 and second closest to the hole a $500.00 PGA Superstore e-Gift Card (the “Promotional card(s)”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prizes are $540.00 and $500.00. The ARV of all Promotion prizes is $1,040.00.

The ARV of the Promotional Card(s) set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the actual fair market value and, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed.
